An open-minded and progressive individual, I have an extensive experience of over 20 years working in multiple functional areas within Banking Industry, various business ecosystems and the education sector in Nepal and the US. My key strengths are communication, adaptability and building strong relationships with people to deliver results for my organization. I have led many departments as Head of Strategic Management, Head of Province, Head of Corporate Planning & Communications, Head of Human Resources, Learning & Development, International Banking and New Projects & Establishment in leading commercial banks of Nepal with milestone achievements for the company. Further, my passion for education has always driven me to maintain a parallel career in the academic and education sector. I am a firm believer that Nepal’s economic progress is in the sustainable private sector engagements and education with strategic trajectories-mainly strengthening the human and natural capital.
